Invoices and payment methods

You can pay by payment card or against an invoice.

All invoices are under Settings → Subscription and can be downloaded as PDF. The invoice details — company name, address, VAT number and invoice email — must be filled in before you can buy; otherwise we cannot issue a valid invoice.

If payment is not made on time: for cards we automatically try again on days 1, 3 and 5 after the due date. For invoices we send a reminder 1 and 4 days after the due date. After 5 days the assistant is switched off until the bill is paid — your data stays where it is.
