Which plan fits?
Choose based on how long you spend on the phone — not on how many calls you get. An average call to the assistant lasts about a minute and a half, so 500 minutes is enough for roughly 15 calls a day.
Concurrent calls is the other thing that decides: on Basis the assistant takes one at a time, and if a second person calls meanwhile, they get a busy signal. If you already have two people in reception, Basis is too small.
What does going over cost?
Minutes above the plan are charged by usage, and the rate falls with the plan:
- Basis — 1.60 kr. per minute
- Plus — 1.30 kr. per minute
- Skala — 1.05 kr. per minute
Nothing is switched off when the quota is used up. You are notified at 80 % and 100 %, and usage is shown under Settings → Subscription.
Extra phone numbers
149 kr. per month per number beyond those included — the same price on all plans. If you use your own SIP line instead, it is free; we have not bought it for you.
SMS
SMS is an add-on with its own package and can also be bought entirely on its own, without a phone plan. See the pricing page for the packages.
No lock-in
No lock-in period, no setup fee and no trial period. You pay for the month you are in, and can cancel with effect from the end of the period.
