How do we switch on two-way SMS?

Two-way means the recipient can reply, and that the reply lands in the inbox together with what you have sent.

It requires a phone number. If you send under your company name, nobody can reply — a name is not a number. If you already have a number from the phone assistant, two-way can be switched on immediately under Settings → SMS. If you do not, a number costs 149 kroner per month.

Incoming messages are free. There is a monthly cap as a safeguard against abuse; it is four times the size of your package.

If someone replies "STOP", they are opted out automatically. That always applies and cannot be switched off.
