Can the assistant call out by itself?

Yes. There are three common forms:

• Waiting list — it calls out when an appointment becomes free
• Follow-up — it calls back someone who asked for it
• Campaigns — a list it works through within the time windows you set

For campaigns you decide which weekdays and times calls may be made, how many calls may be made per day, and when a number may be tried again.

⚠️ The rules about who you may call are your responsibility. Unsolicited sales calls to private individuals are prohibited in Denmark. The assistant calls the list it is given — it cannot judge where a number came from.

Where to do it

Campaigns in the top menu. There you add the numbers, write the purpose and choose who calls.
