Arrival screen

What it does

The arrival screen is a page you can keep open on a tablet or display in reception. The customer checks themselves in, and you can see on your own screen who is sitting and waiting.

You set it up under Settings → Arrival screen.

Getting started

1. Turn the arrival screen on.
2. Open the address on the device that will be on display.
3. Leave it on the page — it updates itself.

Good advice

• Place the device so the screen does not show other customers' names to whoever is standing in front of it.
• If you have an unattended waiting room, consider whether names should be shown at all, or only a confirming "Thank you, you are checked in".
