Find an appointment without knowing the date
The calendar answers one question: what is happening on Tuesday. It is good at that and cannot answer anything else — its search field only looks in the day, week or month you are standing on. Search for "Mette" on a Tuesday when she has an appointment on Thursday, and you get no results.
Appointments in the top menu is the other way in. It searches your entire history at once.
What you can ask about
- Who was a no-show in August? Filter on "No-show".
- What has the assistant booked since I went home? Filter on "Booked by the assistant".
- Who is still awaiting a reply? Filter on "Awaiting reply".
- When was Mette here last? Search for the name — it also searches number and service.
Filters can be combined with the search, and the whole view is in the address. A link to "all no-shows in August" can therefore be shared with a colleague.
Export the list
The download icon on the right gives you exactly what you see on screen as a spreadsheet — same search, same filter. The file opens cleanly in Excel and has time, duration, status, source, service, name, number, practitioner and note.
Where to find it
Appointments in the top menu. The calendar stays where it is — the two answer different questions.
