Opening hours, holidays and closures

Under Opening hours you set the ordinary hours per weekday. They control two things: when the assistant tries to transfer a call, and which times it may offer.

Closures are added separately — public holidays, holidays, a single afternoon for a course. A closure removes the times from booking and changes what the assistant says when someone calls.

⚠️ Remember to enter the holiday before it starts. The assistant will happily book an appointment in the middle of your summer holiday if the calendar says it is free.

Where to change them

Settings → Telephony. Opening hours are at the top, closures below, and each practitioner's own hours at the bottom.

The calendar only offers times where BOTH the business is open and the practitioner is present. If times are missing, it is usually the practitioner's hours that are too narrow — not the opening hours.
