When there is more than one of you

If you have several practitioners, salon chairs or rooms, the assistant needs to know who or what an appointment is placed on — otherwise it double-books the same resource.

You set this up under Settings → Calendar and booking, where you enter practitioner hours.

What you need to decide

• Who can do what? Can everyone take every service, or is there something only one person does?
• When is each person present? Part-time, fixed days off and rotating shifts belong in the system, not just in someone's head.

When the customer asks for a specific person

The assistant can take the request and find a time with that particular practitioner. If none are free, it offers the nearest alternatives — with the same person first.
