Where the calls are

Everything the assistant has handled is under Calls. Click a call to open it.

What you will see

• A summary — what the conversation was about, in a couple of lines
• The transcript — the whole conversation as text
• The details the assistant captured: name, number and your own custom fields
• What happened: was an appointment booked, was the call transferred, or was a message taken?

How to use it in practice

Start the day by skimming the summaries. Most need nothing — and the few that do are immediately visible.

If the assistant answered something incorrectly, go to Settings → Knowledge and write the correct answer. Then it will not happen again.

Recordings

Whether the audio itself is kept is up to you under Settings → Data and privacy. Read more in the article about recording.
