How long does setup take?

The setup itself takes about ten minutes: assistant, instruction, opening hours, number.

What takes longer is the fine-tuning — and it cannot be done in advance. During the first week you listen to a few calls, see where the assistant loses its footing, and adjust the instruction. That is where the difference lies between an assistant that is acceptable and one that is good.

We recommend starting small: let it answer the phone outside opening hours first, or only when the line is busy. Then nobody loses anything while you find the shape of it.
