Download and upload your services

Under Settings → Services there are two small icons next to "New service": download and upload.

How to do it

1. Download first. That gives you a file with the services you already have — and with the column called id.
2. Change prices and durations in the spreadsheet, or write new lines underneath.
3. Upload the file again.

Lines with an id are updated. Lines without are created. That is why you can run the same file in several times without getting duplicates.

The columns

We guess which column is which, and you can correct the guess before anything is written. Only Name is required.

The price may be written as "450,00", "450.00" or "450 kr" — it is the same amount. An empty price means "no price set", not zero.

Nothing is ever deleted

A file with ten lines does not remove the other thirty. To take a service out of use, set Active to no — a service that has been used on a booking cannot be deleted, because then the history would lose what the appointment was for.
