An SMS did not arrive

Every message has a delivery status, and it is shown on the message under SMS. The usual causes:

• The number has opted out. Then the message is rejected at our end before it goes out. That is deliberate.
• The number is not Danish. We only send to +45. A foreign number is rejected with an error.
• The number does not exist or is a landline.
• The allowance is used up. Then nothing more is sent until it renews or is extended.
• Quiet hours. If enabled, the message is held until the morning rather than being sent at two in the night.

If it says "delivered", the message reached the phone. Whether it has been read is not something we can see.
