Who changed what?

Where the log is

Under Settings → Data and privacy you will find the activity log.

What it contains

Every change anyone on the team has made: who, what and when. Changes to the assistant's instruction, to opening hours, to team and roles — it is all there.

When you will need it

• "Why is the assistant suddenly answering differently?" — someone changed the instruction.
• "When was that opening hour corrected?"
• For a security question: who has had access, and what did they do?

The access log

Next to it you will find the access log: when someone signed in, and from where. If you see a sign-in you do not recognise, change the password and turn on two-factor authentication immediately.
