Where is our data processed, and is it used to train AI?

Every sub-processor is named in the privacy policy. Several of them process speech and text outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses — that is stated openly, because you need to be able to copy it into your own records.

Calls are not used to train any model. The option is switched off with our provider, and it has been verified against their API — not merely agreed in a contract.

You are the data controller for your customers' information; we are the processor and may only do what you have asked for. The data processing agreement is entered into at sign-up and is on the account together with the privacy policy.

If you need a copy of your data, or something has to be deleted, both can be requested under Settings → Data and privacy.
